For the last couple of years I have been listening to more and more talks and have read more and more articles by Professor Jeffrey Sachs. If it were within my power, I’d nominate him for some sort of peace and diplomacy award, for his persistent critique of Biden’s disastrous foreign policy. In the following interview, he gives a brilliant short summary (in the first ten minutes or so) of the 500-year history of Western Civilization, and the extraordinary rise of the East after WWII. It’s well worth your time to listen to him.
