Black, lawyer, academic, former bank regulator and author of “The Best Way to Rob a Bank Is to Own One,” speaks with blistering clarity about what needs to be done (that is currently not being done) to prevent the next financial meltdown. As a close observer of the S&L meltdown of the 1980s, he knows whereof he speaks. He is especially critical of Bernanke, Geithner and Obama.
